DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR:        Marshall A. Chambliss, Jr. (Coach Al)

Marshall Chambliss or Coach Al, semi-pro career began in 1981 as a member of the New York Titans. As a defensive player, he helped a number of teams achieve the most important result of this game "a championship". Unfortunately because of an injury his career as a player ended in 1989. This however did not hinder or discourage him. He began as head coach that same year with the Queens Scorpions and coached his first championship game in 1991 against the New Jersey Giants. He later moved on to the work as an Assistant Head coach with the Brooklyn Cobras with a man who would also turn out to be his biggest mentor (Ron Adams). It was under Mr. Adams guidance that Coach Al refined his coaching skills. He was groomed and taught many different coaching styles such as: The Wing T, The 3-4 Defense, and how to attack an opponent. He worked along side Ron Adams for 10 Years until his passing. From 1998 to 2004 he was the defensive coordinator with the Westchester Steelers and also in 2004 he was the defensive line coach at Pace University. Coach Al hopes to bring his experience and expertise from lessons learned to The Brooklyn Seminoles. As the defensive coordinator he hopes to share his knowledge and bring the championship to this organization.
